Regional managers are the front line of Criatec 2. They are responsible for the selection, analisys, investment and monitoring/acceleration of the fund’s portfolio companies.

Ricardo Silva
Portfolio and Securities Administrator and Securities accredited by CVM. Degree in Business Administration from IBMEC/MG and Technical degree in Business Administration by SEBRAE/MG. Business Director at Samba Tech S/A and partner at GRP Investmentos, responsible for the areas of research and strategy, working in fundraising projects, interim financial management and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Executive at Inseed Investmentos, responsible for prospecting and acceleration part of the FMIEE Criatec’s portfolio, composed of 36 companies.
Lucas Della-Sávia
Degree in economics from IBMEC / MG. He was Financial Analyst at GRP Investments, working in fundraising projects, project finance and financial modeling. Was Trainee and Credit Analyst at Itaú BBA investment banking, responsible for credit analysis of corporate segment companies.
Marcelo Kuhlmann
Blockhold’s Founding partner and former CFO of Vísent Data Insights. Worked in large companies such as: Energisa, Unimed-Rio and Funcef, always in the areas of corporate finance, M & A and new business development. Graduated in production engineering, specialization in finance from Coppead / UFRJ, an executive program in finance from Ibmec, postgraduating in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral and specialist in business strategy from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School.
Marcelo Lobo
Blockhold’s Founding partner. Participated in the development of large businesses in the areas of private credit and private equity, ranging from business prospecting, analysis and closing. Professor in the areas of management, corporate finance and investments, graduated in economics at the University of Brasília (UnB), post-graduate degree in business law from Ibmec and specialized in business strategy & marketing from La Verne University.
Ana Luiza
Ana Luiza is a partner at Guimarães Ferreira Consultoria, where she is responsible for the management of the Criatec 2 fund for the Northeast region of Brazil. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Pernambuco and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Georgia, USA. She is a PhD student in Political Science at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Ana Luiza was a research fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank, working on impact investing projects. She has also worked at Endeavor, Citibank and Amcham.
Laís Arruda
Laís is analyst of the Criatec 2 fund for the Northeast region of Brazil, at Guimarães Ferreira Consultoria, where she has also worked on modeling projects for long term private sector financing. She holds a degree in economics from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
Leandro Teixeira
Leandro is responsible sourcing, executing and monitoring the Fund’s investments in the south region.
Prior to joining Criatec 2, he spent five years advising middle market companies in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in South America, focusing in industries such as technology, industrials, consumer goods and retailing. Prior to that, Leandro held different analyst and associate positions in the administrative, operations and IT departments of companies such as Wal-Mart, Gerdau and technology startup incubator RAIAR.
Leandro holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), a partial M.A. in International Administration from the University of Miami, and an Advanced Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Otavio Ben
Otavio Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and joined FIP Criatec II as an investment analyst for South Brazil. He has experience in market and company analysis, financial management, international trade, cross-cultural awareness and entrepreneurship. Prior to FIP Criatec 2 he had worked for an investment boutique, NGOs, general contractors, including experiences in multinational companies outside of Brazil.
Pedro Hungria
Pedro Hungria is the Rio de Janeiro’s regional manager for the Criatec 2, being responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring the Fund’s investments in this region. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Economics (IBMEC / RJ), and an MBA in Project Management (FGV / RJ), both concluded with honors. He began his career at Banco BBM, working in credit structuring for medium and large companies. After founding and selling an EdTech company, he became partner of DXA Investments, a Private Equity and Venture Capital firm, where he successfully completed investment and divestment processes, due diligences, M&A projects and Corporate Governance structuring. In recent years he has been dedicated to several strategic and financial advisory projects when he was invited to assume Rio de Janeiro’s Regional at Criatec 2.
Rodrigo Comazzetto
Rodrigo is a Managing Partner at Hyperion Capital Brasil and is responsible for the Fund Management and Corporate Finance divisions. Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from EAESP-FGV.
Has been working in the financial market since 2002, in financial institutions such as HSBC and Banco Modal, proprietary investments area of Grupo Itaúsa and consultancy firms such as PwC Corporate Finance, K2 Investimentos and BF Capital. Has also been Managing Director of Pare Bem, a parking lot management company.
Lincoln Shiroma
Lincoln is a Investment Analyst at Hyperion Capital Brasil. Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from EAESP-FGV.
Worked at the management consulting company Falconi and in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of General Electric. Has also worked in several start ups invested by the Arpex Capital fund.
